Weekly Syllabus

This is a very important week for you.  You will be largely self-directed and responsible for making sure to use your time as effectively as possible.  You should plan to work with your group-mates every day, and please ask me as many questions as you need to. Good preparation this week will ensure success in our simulation exercise next week.

Homework: Work on your simulation preparation. Also, you might want to read some info from the Justice Dept. or other sites about what a United States Attorney does to be prepared for tomorrow's class. 

Thursday, September 25, 2014 (50 min)

Topic: We will have a guest lecturer today.  Mrs. Graham will tell us about her quarter century of experience as a District Attorney and Federal Prosecutor. Pay attention and take notes, because she might give useful information for the role playing simulation.
